We also interact with the decision makers who nominate their executives; we listen to them carefully about what they appreciate most about our programs and also invite their suggestions for continuous improvement in future. We share this feedback with our consultants and speaker partners as this assists them in further fine tuning and customizing their courses to meet the specific needs of all our clients in each country.
HOW DO YOU SELECT AND ENGAGE YOUR TRAINERS?
Our trainers are usually introduced to us through a recommendation from within the community or our R&D department. They are then engaged only after establishing that they are experts and have a proven track record in their domains.
DOES OCTARA OFFER CUSTOM-MADE IN-COMPANY TRAINING PROGRAMS?
Yes. Our consultants listen carefully to our clients and based on the client’s needs, they recommend the required in-company training programs that match the organizations current and long term needs.
ARE YOUR TIMINGS FLEXIBLE FOR IN-COMPANY TRAINING?
Yes. You can suggest the dates and timings for In-company trainings. In some cases, if required, trainers will be willing to offer their services on Saturday or Sunday subject to advance planning.
CAN YOU DELIVER TRAINING OUTSIDE PAKISTAN?
Yes. Our trainers travel throughout the Middle East and South Asia to provide training in different countries.
DO YOU ASSIST WITH VENUES, TRAINING EQUIPMENT ETC. FOR IN- COMPANY PROJECTS?
Yes. We can provide help with booking a suitable venue with special corporate rates based on our ongoing partnership with them.
WHAT IS REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR OPEN ENROLLMENT PROGRAMS?

WHAT IS OCTARA’S CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PUBLIC SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS?
Our Cancellation Policy is activated as soon as the duly filled signed & stamped Octara Registration Form is received from the client. Cancellations made at least 10 working days prior to the course will be refunded in full. If a booking is cancelled 7 to 10 working days before a course, a Cancellation Fee of 25% of the course fee is payable. For cancellations made within 7 working days, no refunds can be given. Cancellations must be confirmed by letter, fax or email. Substitutions may be made at any time. In case of the participant not showing up on the day of the training a replacement can be sent or the full fee would be charged.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR BULK BOOKINGS?
Yes, we do have discounts for bulk bookings and this varies from event to event. Please speak to us for groups of 6 or more.
